Unanswered intents are questions that your customers have asked, but your chatbot could not provide an accurate answer. These can provide insight into what questions your customers are asking, and add them into your intent library if you choose.
To check your unanswered intents, follow the steps below.
Go to the Settings tab on the navigation panel.
Select the “Check unanswered” option.
The window that opens will show you a list of all unanswered intents.
You can edit each intent to have an answer to add to your intent library. Additionally, if you feel that it isn’t a valuable addition to your library, you can send it to the trash.
