Training helps your bot learn the natural nuances of language. It can be difficult for you and me to think of every single iteration and variation of a question that a customer might ask. Training ensures you don’t have to.
To train your bot, follow the steps below.
Go to the Settings tab on the navigation panel.
Under Knowledge Base, select the “Train Bot” option.
Select the “Train Bot” option in the panel on the right.
A progress bar will appear. Wait until it finishes, and your bot will be trained with the current intent library that you have. You should train your bot every time you add new intents.
