The user management tab lets you add new users and edit their permissions on what they can to inside your chatbot. Additionally, you can also create groups to distinguish the roles and responsibilities between multiple staff in your organization.
User Management is divided into two parts, People and Groups.
Here, you can add new users and edit their permissions.
To add a new user, follow the steps below.
Click on the User Management tab on the navigation panel.
Click on “Invite People”. Add their email ID and change their role.
Click “Add” to add them.
